Q: Can I order samples? Are they free of charge?

A: Yes, we accept sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are required, and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later.

Q: What is the lead time?

A: The lead time is usually 30-45 days after we receive the deposit.

Q: What's the payment term?

A: We accept T/T as the payment term.

Q: Can I demand compensation if defects are found on the product? A: We promise to replace the product if there is any discrepancy as long as you provide photos. Our quality control staff inspects all products during the manufacturing process to ensure they meet our quality standards. Any faulty product resulting from problems during the production process will be replaced. If you receive any item from us that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us and send us your pictures as soon as possible. We will investigate the cause and provide a solution.
